Luke has become one of Australia’s most popular thought leaders in mindfulness and meditation and for over 16 years has practiced and trained in a variety of different meditation techniques including, Vedic, Kundalini, Zen, Vipassana, and general mindfulness. Luke has now made meditation his life, founding Soul Alive, Australia’s first dedicated virtual meditation studio, extremely applicable to the modern world. He’s also the host of the popular podcast ‘Show Me Your Soul’.
