This week’s Workout of the Week once again comes from Jeremy Gleeson, founder of the Sweat Lift Method and contender for Victoria’s biggest rig. Having previously provided us with the motivation to push through brutal lockdowns, Jez has been pumping out workouts and sharing them across his social channels since the beginning of the pandemic. This workout is classic Jez, a combination of compound lifts that done correctly, will activate musculature you didn’t know you had. Legs and upper body? Por que no los dos?! And speaking of ‘los dos’, this week we’re adding in a partner; a scientifically approved method of increasing output and motivation.
“The communal benefits of coming together with friends and colleagues, and doing something difficult, while encouraging one another, pays dividends beyond exercising alone,” said Dayna Yorks, lead researcher on this study.
So grab a mate, a little bit of open space, and give this 3-part session a crack.
For more of Jeremy’s workouts you can follow him on the ‘Gram, or join his program.
